Delivery
Our orders are sent out via Royal Mail using either Special Delivery or Recorded (Signed For) First Class, so you will need to be available to sign for your delivery at your chosen shipping address, or be able to go and collect from your nearest Royal Mail depot. All orders are despatched on the next working day, but please allow 3-5 working days from when you place your order. Postage & Packing £2.95. The delivery charge advertised is for delivery to the UK Mainland and Isle of Wight only. For orders to be delivered anywhere else please contact us, we will then get you a delivery quote and issue a paypal invoice accordingly if you wish to complete the purchase.
Layaway service
For a small deposit we can reserve any bear for you. The balance can then be paid off at a later date, or in interest-free instalments. All we ask is that you give us your full mailing address, so we can send the bear to you, and your telephone number so we can contact you. Full payment can be deferred for up to six months. Please note that the deposit and any instalments paid are not refundable but may be transferred to another bear. The item will be shipped once the final payment has been made. Payment can be made by post, in person at the store or by several post dated cheques. We can also send you repeating Paypal invoices to facilitate layaway payments by card without you having to come into the shop.
